Attorney Deng zemin: Attorney Deng is the director (one of the partners) of Beijing Ruizhong Law Firm, taking charge of the real estate division. As a member of China Zhi Gong Party, he is selected to shoulder important positions in the party: the commissioner of Beijing municipal committee, the director of Beijing law specialty commission, and the deputy director of Chongwen District¡ˉs workers committee. In addition, he is the permanent commissioner of the Political Consultative Conference and the commissioner of Youth Union in Chongwen District, and the social supervisor of Chongwen Municipal Administration of State Land, Resources and Housing. In the field of law research and practice, he is the member of real estate specialty commission and constitutional law and human rights commission of Beijing Bar Association. And he is recorded in books below:,,,and the large picture album. He is assigned to be the legal advisor of Beijing International Commercial Housing Fair.

Educational background: Graduated from 3rd department(science department) of Beijing Aviation College in July 1984, he then attended law school of Renmin University of China to study civil and commercial law, and got master¡ˉs degree in 1997.

Working experience: Attorney Deng was assigned to be an engineer in the 11th academy of aviation ministry in April 1984. In 1987 he began to study economic law, and then got lawyer¡ˉs qualification of P.R.China, arbitrator¡ˉs qualification of the technical contracts arbitration commission of P.R.China, and legal advisor qualification for enterprises of P.R.China. During working in the aviation ministry, he had been a part-time lawyer, mainly conducting legal advice affairs, and was appraised as excellent contract administrator. Because of his prominent capability in patent managing, the 11th research center of aviation ministry was awarded ¡¡ãpioneer department¡¡à for patent managing in 1993, and he began to write papers to introduce his experience to other members in aviation ministry. And a patent was invented by him when working there. At the beginning of 1994, he was appointed to be a professional lawyer in Beijing Ruizhong Law Firm.

Honors and Awards: On March 15th 2002, successfully resolving a significant law case, Deng and other 17 lawyers were appraised by Beijing Ministry of Justice. In march 2003, he was awarded the third prize of excellent investigation and research achievements by Beijing statistics and strategy commission for writing the article¡¶Investigation and Advice on Commercial House Market¡¡¤￡¡§published on Beijing Morningpost Journal, China Consumer Journal, Qianlong media net and other 9 websites￡©. In January 2003, his resolution¡¶The influence and countermeasure on real estate in Chongwen District of entering WTO¡¡¤was praised to be ¡¡ãexcellent resolution¡¡à by Chongwen Political Consultative Conference. From 1999 to 2002, attorney Deng was awarded ¡¡ãexcellent information analyst¡¡à anually.

Interviews:From 1997 to 2002, invited by Beijing TV station, he became the specially invited guest of a legal program, giving comments on legal matters alive. On March 15th 2002, Attorney Deng was once again invited by BTV, together with BTV¡ˉs program compere Yuanyuan and relevant people in Beijing Business Administration Bureau, talking about ¡¡ã3.15¡¡à(date of consumer¡ˉs rights protection). That program was repeatedly broadcasted by two channels. From then on, he had been interviewed by BTV-5 (a program called ¡¡ãReport on Beijing Real Estate¡¡à) and BTV-7 for about 10 times, helping resolve difficult questions concerned with real estate. Besides, he has ever been interviewed several times by CCTV, BTV and Shandong TV, dealing with other legal affairs alive.

Representative cases in professional practice:

1.In 1996, entrusted by Beijing Youth newspaper agency, he undertook the agent of Beijing Youth Journal, dealing with the reputation disputes between the newspaper readers and the journal, and won the judgement in both trial and appellant court.

2.In January 1999, entrusted by ¡¡ãFalun Gong¡¡à advocator Chutong and his family, he defended for Chu, and got very favorable judgement for Chu.

3.On January 26th 2000, the headline of Beijing Youth Journal exposed the unlawful behavior of Langhua bath bar and other two bath bars (the photo of Langhua island bath bar was published), Attorney Deng was entrusted by Langhua island bath bar, filed an action against Beijing Youth Journal for Langhua¡ˉs reputation.

4.In April 2000, entrusted by the possible criminal Guo Tieming and his family of the large financial negotiable instrument fraud case (11 domestic enterprises were cheated), he acted as Guo¡ˉs defending lawyer. Now this case is also under trial (Beijing Evening Journal has relevant report).

5.In July 2000, entrusted by Beijing Jianying Farming and Breeding Limited Corporation, he brought a lawsuit against Beijing Chonghui Advertisement Corporation and Jingpin Shopping Guide, and won the judgement in both trial and appellant court.

6.In December 2000, as the defender of Xie Zhendong and Li Tongyan in the intentionally homicide case, he successfully defended for them, and Li was just sentenced 3 years with 3 years reprieve. (Beijing Evening Journal and Beijing Youth Journal had relevant report ).

7.In July 2001, entrusted by the concerned party Shen (a Chinese consumer), he filed an action against Panasonic for its defective vidicon, defending Chinese consumers¡ˉ legal rights (Beijing Evening Journal, Beijing Daily and Jinghua Journal had concerned report).
